We are pleased to provide this proposal for the Fabrication/Millwright Services outlined in the attached scope of work. Our team will oversee all aspects of the project — including design, engineering, material supply, and on-site installation — in accordance with the agreed specifications and schedule. Pricing is based on a complete order and may be subject to adjustment following final design approval and site confirmation. All work will be performed in compliance with applicable safety standards and regulations. Electrical, automation, and commissioning services are excluded unless otherwise stated. Any permits, inspections, or additional requirements beyond the defined scope will remain the responsibility of the customer.
