Send an email to email@example.com (email is most efficient; however, alternatively you can call SRS at 517-333-2605) – be sure to provide: Model number, the part number, original invoice number, a complete description of the problem with pictures, and your contact information
1.) SRS will contact you regarding your issue.
2.) SRS will provide an RMA # (Return Material Authorization Number) along with instructions for return of the product.
3.) When the product is received at SRS, our technicians will examine it and may contact you for clarification or additional information.
4.) If SRS agrees the product is covered under its Warranty, SRS will repair or replace the product and return it to you.
