Description

Cutting Chamber: Feed opening 10.5” x 12” (270mm x 300mm) screwed steel construction with two 4- edge bed knives, mounted in the housing.
Lower part of the front plate completely detachable for easy cleaning and maintenance. Integrated screen holder in the lower front plate of the machine.
The upper part of the front plate includes the thrust bearing of the rotor shaft. Bearing and housing are mounted completely outside the cutting chamber
Rotor: Staggered type with 18 rotating knives, bearings type SKF ball bearings and direct driven by a geared motor, low rotor speed of 150 rpm.
Rotor Knives: Special designed for no adjustment work after re-sharpening and in long-lived quality. Rotor wear package - Rotor Knives and stator knives manufactured from HB 450
Hopper: 24” (600 mm) low-built hopper for different applications, infeed opening 10.5” x 12” (270 x 300 mm), internally mounted flaps to prevent flyback. Double-walled design for noise absorption. – Euro-Style Straight Hopper
Motor: 4 hp geared motor, 230V or 460V, 60Hz, 3-phase. Screen: 5 mm
