Description

Extruded aluminum horizontal to incline, adjustable angle, modular conveyor. Anodized extruded aluminum construction.
- Automatic spring loaded belt tensioning.
- 18" effective belt width between rails.
- 21" overall frame width.
- 27" overall conveyor width with leg sets.
- 32.2" overall conveyor width at motor location. - 14' overall conveyor length.
- 9' long horizontal section of conveyor. - 5' long inclined section of conveyor.
Single V-guide laced belt. Anti-static high beam strength blue PVC, meets FDA / USDA standards. Includes 1.5" cleats on 18" centers.
Anodized aluminum side rails 4" high, 90° overlapping the belt 1-1/4" per side. Support Bracket
Note: Infeed Belt Height = 10.6".
Option LS-5-18: 12 gauge steel support stand set (with leveling screw) adjustable from 35" to 42".
Note: Discharge Belt height 61.4"
Option K-4: 4" diameter swivel castor set with toe locks; 400# rating, non-marking, oil resistant.
Note: Add 5" to leg set belt heights above when this option is used.
Option KT-4: 2 3/8" diameter swivel castor set with toe locks; 250# rating, non-marking, oil resistant.
Note: Add 4" to leg set belt heights above when this option is used.
Option M-1-DD: Direct drive motor mount position. Located to the left and beside the conveyor frame, pulling the belt.
1/3 HP, 110/60/1 NEMA 1 Nidec C200 variable frequency drive with 230/60/3 VAC output to motor.
