The ThermogelÒ TRP series is a range of thermo-regulation units designed for various industrial applications. These units use pressurized water up to +284 °F and 320 °F, cooled indirectly through a plate heat exchanger. They are specifically developed for conditioning molds and cylinders in plastic and rubber, providing an alternative to traditional diathermic oil-based thermo-regulation units.
The TRP units offer several benefits, including high precision and production quality, maximum repeatability, efficient process performance, low operating costs, practicality, and safety. Equipped with advanced electronics and a unique hydraulic system, they enable precise temperature control with an accuracy of ± 1.0 °F. The control panel features a user-friendly interface with a digital display for temperature and alphanumeric display for parameter input.
The TRP units utilize a powerful microprocessor that allows control over various parameters not typically managed by traditional electronics. This includes continuous display of operating flow rate, pressure, machine status, operating parameters, and alarm messages. The system supports five languages for display messages: English, French, German, Italian, and Spanish.
Additional features of the TRP series include self-cooling, automatic purge of air from the hydraulic circuit, automatic loading of water with pressure monitoring, and a timer function for programming the next start time. These units can be interfaced with main process machines and support various software serial communication protocols for seamless integration with major brands.
The ThermogelÒ TRP series is available with heating elements ranging from 6 kW to 24 kW, utilizing electric heating with a low-load surface. These units prioritize operator safety and process protection by adhering to EU safety standards and implementing comprehensive risk mitigation measures.
